WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

Print Wear orders take 1-5 working days to ship.

Custom-made Local Wear items have a lead time of 10-14 working days for manufacturing and branding. Should we complete the order before, you will be notified/order shipped.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

We offer shipping within RSA borders. Customers in neighbouring countries would need to arrange their own shipping.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ARTWORK?

Please submit a high resolution file, ideally 300dpi PNG with transparent background, image cropped to artwork boundaries. A vector artwork is also acceptable.

WHAT CAN I DO TO STREAMLINE MY ORDER PROCESS?

Send us a full breakdown of the order. This includes style codes with colour and variant sizes for each. Should printing be required, we would need the print size and placement details. A mock-up is very helpful in this instance.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, if your order has been placed through our sales team. In order to streamline our services, the online platform does not offer the choice to collect.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

For Local & Print wear, there is no MOQ. However, wholesale pricing is available from 15 units per style and colour.

Headwear carries an MOQ of 25 units per colour, style, and artwork.

You can track your order online. One of our sales representatives will send you a link in order to confirm all order details and artworks. This link includes: stock received, printing complete, shipping and waybill number.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDE AFTER I'VE PAID THE INVOICE?

If there is a colour change, we charge a 20% restocking fee. This is due to the manufacture process and return of fabrics to our suppliers. This will also reset the lead time.

Additions to an order will be raised as a new order and follow its own lead times.
